Made by a small traditional pasticceria in Cosenza, Calabria, our irresistible natural fig dessert salame can be sliced and served as a sweet treat with after dinner coffee and makes the perfect stocking filler gift.
Ingredients:
Dottato Figs 72%, Chocolate 5% (Minimum 70% Cocoa solids: cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), Pear, Apple, Orange zest, Sugar, Cocoa powder 3%, ALMONDS, lemon juice. Total chocolate and cocoa content: 8%.
Made in a facility where milk and other nuts are handled.
